Free Shipping on All Orders We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia. No minimum spend required.

Processing & Delivery Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery is estimated within 2 business days of dispatch.

Total estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days from order date.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Public Holidays Please note that orders placed on Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Lumeclin is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Contact us immediately at ezsaco899@gmail.com if you need to update your address after ordering.
